DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Raymond Dauphin, boilermaker helper, be compensated for full pay for time lost for thirty (30) days, commencing April 23, 1940, because of unjust and unfair suspension for alleged insubordination.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
