DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That furloughed Carman F. C. Curtis be compensated for time lost covering period June 8 to June 9, 1939, inclusive, account of Maintenance of Way Carpenter C. Deal being assigned to build dump beds for hand cars, in violation of Rule 149, Carmen's Classification of Work.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
