      MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: a. That on or about April 1, 1941, at Omaha, Nebraska, carrier violated provisions of Rule 13 (a) of current Missouri Pacific wage agreement by failure to properly bulletin newly created job generally recognized as drop pit job and the subsequent assignment of the senior machinist and helper to same.


b. That drop pit job be bulletined under provisions of Rule 13 (a) of current Missouri Pacific wage agreement.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


Claim dismissed.
