DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That on or about July 29, 1941, at Sedalia, Missouri, carrier violated provisions of Rule 52 (a) and (b) of current Missouri Pacific wage agreement by relieving Class A machinist of duties of laying out spring rigging and brake rigging and assigning same to Class B machinist.


(b) That duties of laying out all spring rigging and brake rigging be reassigned to Class A machinist.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
