DISPUTE: -CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under controlling agreement and Rule 7 (a) thereof, Carman Oscar Roe is entitled to time and one-half August 6, 1941, from 4:00 A. M. to 6:00 A. M., account driving company automobile from Kingsville, Texas, to McFaddin, Texas, to repair a freight car set out on line of road account hot box.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
