DISPUTE: CLAIM OAF EMPLOYES:
(a) That the carrier violated Rule 42 of the agreement by suspending Machinist Walter Snyder for not submitting himself to a
physical re-examination.
(b) That the carrier violated Rule 34 of the agreement by suspending Walter Snyder without a hearing and an investigation.
(c) That Machinist Walter Snyder be restored to service and compensated for all time lost since March 24, 1942.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
