DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Machinist W. C. MacMillan, employed at Marshalltown, Iowa, is entitled to pay for time lost August 1, 1941, to August 15, 1941, 94% hours, amounting to $81.74, on account of having been issued sharp practice and improper orders and being unjustifiably discharged August 1, 1941, and reinstated August 15, 1941.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
