DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Machinist Ray Murphy and Machinist Helper Alexander Sinclair are entitled to pay at one and onehalf of their regular rate for time worked May 17, 1939, from 8:00 P. M. to 2:40 A. M.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
