    THE BELT RAILWAY COMPANY OF CHICAGO


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That the carrier is violating the controlling agreement and Rule 6 thereof, by the arbitrary assignment of carmen on repair track A and C, on Sundays and holidays for straight time.


(b) That all carmen assigned to work on repair track A and C, on Sundays and holidays since September 3, 1941, be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all such services performed.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


Claim dismissed.
