DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the carrier has persisted in violating the controlling agreement and Rule 6 thereof-
2. That all service performed by carmen on the Rutherford and Newberry Junction shop tracks on Sundays and holidays, since March 8, 1941, be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.
3. That all service performed by carmen on the Huntington Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, shop tracks on Sundays and holidays since June 15, 1941, be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
