DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Rules 4 and 7 of the controlling agreement are being violated by the carrier by the manner in which employes covered by this claim were called and compensated.


That the following men must be paid the difference between what they received and what they would have received if they had been compensated at the rate of time and one-half for work performed on the dates shown
