DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

(a) That the assignment of the car department repair track and shop forces to work seven days per week for straight time on Sundays and holidays, violates the controlling agreement and Rule 6, thereof.


(b) That all such employes for any and all work performed on Sundays and holidays effective on and subsequent to April 5, 1942, be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
