SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA

(TEXAS AND NEW ORLEANS RAILROAD COMPANY)


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That on and since July 20, 1936, at Algiers Freight Car Shops, the carrier has violated the controlling agreement by-


(a) The employment of carmen apprentices and

(b) The employment of carmen painter apprentices.

2. That in consideration of the aforesaid violations, the carrier be ordered to-




(b) Remove said apprentices from service as such.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
