SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA

(TEXAS AND NEW ORLEANS RAILROAD COMPANY)


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the carrier is violating the carmen's classification of work Rules Nos. 29, 117 and 119 of the controlling agreement when Carman Helper D. K: Hawkins, was assigned to perform carmen's work at Eagle Lake, Texas.


That the carman helper be removed from this assignment and a mechanic be assigned at that point.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
