DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES; That at Paducah, Kentucky, shops on Tuesday, February 11, 1941, the carrier did and is violating Rules 44 and 141 of agreement effective April 1, 1935, by the employment and continuing in the service of Melvin Baker, a painter apprentice. That the carrier remove Melvin Baker as a painter apprentice at the Paducah, Kentucky, shops.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
