DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Machinists K. A. Jarrell, O. R. Hanks, A. R. Jorgenson, B. A. Miller, Machinist Helper Apprentice G. H. Headington, and Machinist Helpers Albert Lynch, R. R. Brady and J. R. Walker be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for having been required to perform service on Engine 1708 on July 4 (holiday) in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6, Agreement dated September 1, 1940.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
