DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6, Agreement dated September 1, 1940, Machinist Bailey Arant and Machinist Helper L. 0. Paulson be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for having been required to perform service on Engine 3616 on Sunday, July 5, 1942.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
