DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Machinists G. C. Stocker, F. R. West, N. E. qlross, A. R. Jorgenson and Machinist Helpers W. C. Jones, R. D. Geary and J. T. Kruckenberg be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for having been required to perform service on Engine 3618 on Sunday, July 5, 194'2, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6, Agreement dated September 1, 1940.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in' ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
