DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Machinists M. E. Jacketta and Steve Comisky be compensated at the rate of tire and one-half for having been required to perform service on Engine 60 on Sunday, January 18, 1942, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6, Agreement dated September 1, 1940.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
