CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the controlling agreement was violated when the carrier arbitrarily deprived A. Kieck of his right to work his regular shift from 4:00 P. M. to 12:00 Midnight, Saturday, February 13, 1943.


That the carrier be ordered to reimburse Machinist Kieck for the time he was arbitrarily required to lose, at his current rate of pay, from 4:00 P. M. to 12:00 Midnight on February 13, 1943.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
