DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the carrier discriminated against and unjustly dealt with Car Inspector John B. Walters in suspending him from service on January 24, 25 and 26, 1942.


2. That the carrier be ordered to reimburse Car Inspector John B. Walters for the aforesaid time lost.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
