DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the controlling agreement, the carrier be ordered to pay-
(1) T. & T. Helper John Batt the difference in the pay received and
the groundmen's rate for 36 hours during the period January 26,
to 31, 1942, both days inclusive.
(2) T. & T. Helper T. J. Clare the difference in the pay received and
the groundmen's rate for 28 hours during the period January 27
to 31, 1942, both dates inclusive.
(3) T. & T. Helper George hohrbaugh the difference in the pay received and the groundmen's rate for 16 hours during the period
February 3 to 12, 1942, both dates inclusive.
(4) T. & T. Groundman R. R. McHenry the difference in the pay received and the linemen's rate for 28 hours during the period
January 27 to 31, 1942, both dates inclusive.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
