DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That carrier be required to compensate Marion Parker, colored, car oiler and packer, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, in the amount of Sixteen and 80/100 ($16.80) Dollars to cover three (3) days' actual suspension unjustly imposed July 20-22, 1942, inclusive.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
