DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the controlling agreement and Rule 15 (a) and Rule 57 thereof, the carrier arbitrarily assigned a carman to perform sheet metal workers' work at Aurora shops, Illinois, during July 13 to 18, 1942, inclusive, thereby damaging senior Sheet Metal Worker Edgar McCreery.


That in consideration of the aforesaid, the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Sheet Metal Worker Edgar McCreery at his current hourly rate for forty-eight (48) hours the week of July 13, 1942.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
