DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES. 1. That Steprate Carman H. R. Blair, was removed from service by the carrier without just cause about 9:30 A. M., Saturday, April 24, 1943.


2. That Steprate Carman Blair be restored to service and compensated for all time lost retroactive to 9:30 A. M., April 24, 1943.


'STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
