LEHIGH VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That Carmen Milton Hoffman, Evan W. Gaurtler and Charles N.
Moyer have been unjustly dealt with by the carrier in that for
their air brake services they have been paid 89 cents per hour in
lieu of 96 cents per hour.
2. That the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carmen
Hoffman, Gaumer and Moyer the difference between the compensation they have received and the compensation they should have
received at the rate of 96 cents per hour.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division i;
now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
