DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the controlling agreement and particularly the interpretation of Rule 7, the carrier improperly relieved, without pay, the wrecking crew (Carmen J. A. Jones, J. O. Kerr, C. C. Steffey, E. J. Klusman, Earl Carver, B. E. Greenwood, E. J. Yoder and L. L. Lewis) from 10:00 P. M., February 29 to 7:00 A. M., March 1, 1944.


That the carrier be ordered to pay the wrecking crew (Carmen J. A. Jones, J. O. Kerr, C. C. Steffey, E. J. Klusman, Earl Carver, B. E. Greenwood, E. J. Yoder and L. L. Lewis) from-






STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
