DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the carrier created and filled two regularly assigned machinist road jobs operating out of Hornell, New York, in violation of the controlling agreements and particularly the bulletin provisions thereof.


That the carrier be ordered to bulletin these regularly assigned road jobs under the provisions of Rule 13 to which Machinists Walter Yergens and James Lyons have been assigned.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


AWARD , Claim dismissed.
