DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the controlling agreement the carrier improperly cancelled the service rights of H. N. Evans as a machinist helper at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, effective April 26, 194'4.


2. That the carrier be ordered to restore H. N. Evans to his seniority rights as a machinist helper in the Round House at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and compensate him for eight hours per day, seven days per week, retroactive to April 26, 1944.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


AWARD Claim dismissed.
