DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the carrier violated the controlling agreement and particularly Rule 44 when the rights of Machine Operator R. J. Peacock to free transportation was revoked on or about March 15, 1944.


That in consideration of the aforesaid, the carrier be ordered to restore the free transportation rights to Machine Operator R. J. Peacock to which he is entitled.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
