        UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That under the controlling agreement, particularly Rule 37, copy of which is attached and identified as Exhibit C, the carrier unjustly removed Electrical Worker Earl Walcott from service and deprived him of his service rights during May 11, 1944, to and including July 26, 1944.


(b) That the carrier be ordered to compensate Electrical Worker Earl Walcott for all time lost within the period of May 11 to and including July 26, 1944.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organizar tion in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
