DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the service rights of carmen subject to the current agreement were violated when the carrier assigned employes of the stores department to dismantle wrecked freight cars for salvage and scrap on and subsequent to August 5, 1944, at Bloomington, Illinois.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.



Claim dismissed.
