DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Car Inspector Robert H. Weber is entitled to be reimbursed in the amount of $7.84 and to have his personal record cleared of the notation made thereon, due to having been unjustly suspended from the service on September 24, 1944, for that day.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
