DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the service rights of Boilermaker Helpers Kenneth Ray Siddens and Ralph Edward Burgener, subject to the controlling agreement, particularly Rule 68, were violated when the carrier assigned Laborer Harold Hansel to washing boilers on the 11 P. M. to 7 A. M. shift, on November 24 and 26, 1944.


That under the controlling agreement, particularly Rule 8, the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate-


(a) Boilermaker Helper Kenneth Ray Siddens from 11 P. M. to 7 A. M. on November 24, 1944; eight hours at the time and one-half rate.



STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
