DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the seniority dates of Laborers A. A. Oaken, C. B. Sink and B. G. Greer, on the firemen and oilers' current seniority roster at Roanoke Shop, Roanoke, Virginia, are improper, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to change the seniority dating of these laborers:

(a) A. A. Oakes-from January 22, 1924, to August 10 ,1945.

(b) C. B. Sink-from July 5, 1928, to November 7, 1945.

(c) B. G Greer-from November 27, 1937, to August 24, 1945.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
