DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1.
That prior to January 17,
1944, the date of the Washington Wage Agreement, the current hourly rates
of pay were those described in Sections "A", "B", "C" and "D" of Rule 28,
Rates of Pay, prescribed in Supplement effective September 15, 1943.
2. That under the terms of the Washington Wage Agreement the aforesaid hourly rates which are herein listed should have been increased the cents
per hour specified after each rate and new hourly rates established as shown
below:

STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
