DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement Laborer John Ferry was unjustly discharged from the service on October 25, 1947, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to reinstate this employe to all service rights with pay for all time lost retroactive to the aforesaid date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
