DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement the carrier unjustly dismissed from the service Laborer T. H. Lee, effective about 5 P. M. on November 3, 1947, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to reinstate him in the service to all rights unimpaired with compensation for the net wage loss since the aforesaid time.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
