DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Carmen O. R. Brown and Obry Bohannon were improperly laid of at the close of their shifts on December 31, 1946, without notice required under the current agreement, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to reimburse each of these employes in the amount of four days wage losses.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
