1-That under the current agreements the carrier unjustly dealt with its mechanics, apprentices and helpers, including power house employes and shop laborers, thereby damaging them by the termination of the operation of the free transportation shuttle or shop train between the passenger station and Westwood Shops at Fitzgerald, Georgia, effective on and since November 12, 1946.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
