DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement the service rights of Carmen Helper Lawrence L. Dering were unjustly terminated at 12 Noon on July 24, 1948, and that accordingly the American Refrigerator Transit Company be ordered to reinstate this employe to all service rights with pay for all time lost retroactive to the aforesaid date.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
