DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1-That under the current agreement it was improper to assign employes of the Vapor Car Heating Company to renew the servo control to steam generator on Diesel Engine No. 21 from 8:00 P. M. on December 16 to 2:30 A. M. on December 17, 1947.


2-That accordingly the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Machinist P. J. Thompson and Machinist Helper E. Roper each in the amount of 8'% hours at the time and one-half rate for this work on the dates aforesaid.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
