PARTIES TO DISPUTE:






DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That beginning about 6 P. M. on December 31, 1947, the carrier impaired the service rights of Upholsterer L. H. Liebmann in violation of the current agreement by the substitution therefor of Locomotive Carpenter Joslin to lay linoleum on the cab floor of Diesel Engine No. 7001.


(b) That in consideration of the foregoing the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Upholsterer L. H. Liebmann in the amount of five (5) hours at the time and one-half rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
