RAILWAY COMPANY (Coast Lines)


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement, Boilermaker D. D. McJilton was unjustly held out of service between November 17, 1948 and April 5, 1949, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate this employe for all of said time lost.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
