GULF, COLORADO AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1-That under the current agreement Upholsterer C. N. Tiner forfeited all of his prior seniority as a carman and a carman helper when on June 7, 1948, he exercised his seniority rights to a permanent position as an upholsterer.


2-That accordingly the carrier be ordered to remove the name of Upholsterer C. N. Tiner from the seniority rosters of "Other Carmen" and "Carmen Helpers".


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
