PARTIES TO DISPUTE

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement it is improper to require certain employes to take a lunch period of thirty (30) minutes on the 7 A.M. shift in the Passenger Car Department at Memphis, Tennessee, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to correct the assignment of such employes to eight (8) consecutive hours with an allowance of twenty (20) minutes for lunch.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
