THE KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the current agreement has been violated since early in November, 1948, because the carrier has declined to bulletin the diesel job vacated in the Shreveport Diesel Shop by Machinist W. H. Johnson, who accepted promotion to the position of Diesel Supervisor, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to bulletin this vacancy in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned agreement.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
