DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement, Machinists R. J. Remley, C. P. Myers, E. A. Jackson, V. L. Phifer and W. P. Dekle are each entitled to be additionally compensated in the amount of four (4) hours for having been changed from working in the Back Shop on the first shift to working in the Diesel Shop on the second shift effective Monday, June 13, 1949, and that, accordingly, the carrier be ordered to so compensate these employes.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
