DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1-That under the current agreement the carrier improperly paid Telephone & Telegraph Maintainer M. L. Clawson for services performed on his regular assigned rest days, March 25 and 26, 1950.


2-That accordingly, the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Telephone & Telegraph Maintainer M. L. Clawson in the amount of twentysix (26) hours and five (5) minutes' pay at time and one-half rate for the aforesaid dates.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
