PARTIES TO DISPUTE

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly assigned Machinist C. F. Durbin and Machinist Helper R. T. Wilson, employes of the Chicago and Illinois Midland Railroad Company to perform work on Wabash Engine No. 2741 on October 21, 1950.


2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate Machinist J. K. Young and Machinist Helper Frank Yunker each in the amount of seven (7) hours pay at their applicable time and one-half rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the 'Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to orzanization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
